This home is rented at a premium price by our property managers, but as the OWNERS we offer "DISCOUNT RATES" on off-season stays, longer stays, some weeknights or if dates have not been booked within 24 hours of your requested arrival time. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths (2 are private master baths), stainless / granite kitchen open to a huge family room and fireplace, laundry room, game room with pool table and foosball, access to the private swim, hot tub, and fitness facilities one minute away and so much more! Oh, this house is great for corporate getaways as well.

So, when shared between several couples/families or even just a few it's a great and affordable value for a much nicer surrounding than several condos or hotel rooms. With almost 3400 Sq. Ft. it sleeps 10 to 12 people.


DESCRIPTION OF AREA AND HOME AMENITIES:

It's 5 minutes to Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake & Truckee River rafting. 25 minutes to Stateline Casinos - 35 minutes to Reno. There are at least 20 local ski areas within 30 minutes, Squaw Valley is about 15 minutes away.

In any season, Tahoe Donner boasts a variety of activities. Tahoe Donner is considered one of the best year round family oriented areas in Lake Tahoe. It offers 2 championship golf courses, a private beach club, miles of hiking, biking and cross country ski trails and a Equestrian Center to name only a few. There are pony rides for the kids, trail rides for adults and in the winter one of the areas best cross country ski facilities.

*Renting this home gives you full access to the year round private swim and fitness club. The club includes 2 huge pools, several hot tubs, tennis courts, a kiddie pool, playground,  work out facility, and a new locker room. The sauna and steam room may be of interest as well. It's ALL ONE minute away by car.

AND this home is no ordinary vacation rental - It has the warmth of a home away from home and is fully furnished with upscale decor. You'll feel pampered with the designer furnishings, whirlpool bath, top of the line appliances, granite countertops and a peaceful forest surrounding you. Special attention was given to making each stay very special.

**BEDROOMS All of the bedrooms are very spacious.

BEDROOM 1 - 1st master bedroom has walk in closet and jacuzzi tub.

BEDROOM 2 – 2nd master bedroom has sliding glass door out to the deck, walk in closet and jacuzzi tub

BEDROOM 3 - A family of four may occupy the 3rd spacious bedroom including 1 queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The large bath is a few steps down the hall.

BEDROOM 4 - This room is also very spacious, has its own deck access and contains a queen bed.

There is also a fold out couch in the family room

 In Addition, there is a kiddie loft which over looks the game room and family room.
 
An answering machine,  TV's, DVD, VCR's,  foosball table, pool table, various games, lots of videos and a crib are available for your use. Please bring along your CD's & DVD's too.
